How do I create an A5 Booklet PDF file from an A4 document?

An A5 booklet is a small book made by folding sheets in half so the pages form a compact size. The pages are arranged in a specific order so that when the sheets are printed and folded, the booklet reads in the correct sequence.

Printing a booklet to a PDF fiile in Windows

  1. Open the original file (Word or PDF)

  2. File > Print

  3. Change the printer to Microsoft Print to PDF

  4. Under Print Handling select Booklet

  5. Select OK
  6. Choose where to save the PDF booklet.
