# How can I create a custom geographical map?

## Plot your own data on custom maps using ESRI ArcGIS for embedding on the website and sharing in files and presentations

### **ArcGIS - ESRI**

The St Albans Diocese office uses **[ArcGIS](https://www.arcgis.com/)** as their official map provider.

Maps of diocesan related boundaries, places and other reference points already exist within the diocesan ArcGIS platform and are kept up to date with official changes.

You can create custom maps based upon these diocesan layers and share them publicly in documents, on the website and with colleagues.

Please contact the diocesan comms team if you wish to discuss making geographical maps with ArcGIS.
