Branching lets you show or hide questions based on previous answers, making your forms more relevant and user-friendly. If branching is programmed incorrectly you may find some questions are missing when you test the final form.

Tip: Create the form first with all the questions you will need then go into the branching options at the end. Always test your form before sharing it with others to check the flow is correct and does not skip questions you require them to answer.
Opening Branching Options
- Select the 3 dots ... to the bottom right of any question
- Select Add branching
- In Branching Options you can select any question to view and change the branching for that particular question.
- Once finished, select Back at the top left of the form.
