# How to externally share Microsoft Loop Workspaces, Pages and Components

## How to use the Guest Access in Microsoft Loop to share Workspaces, Pages and Components

> Introduction to Sharing Loop Pages with External Guests including sharing Collaborative Meeting Notes and external sharing of Loop Components

**Note:** Sharing a workspace means giving access to every page and component within. Consider sharing just pages and components if the person does not need access to everything in the workspace.

The person you are sharing with needs to either have a diocesan account or be a guest user of the diocesan Microsoft 365 tenant. Please raise a support ticket if you are unable to share to an external email address.
