Note: Sharing a workspace means giving access to every page and component within. Consider sharing just pages and components if the person does not need access to everything in the workspace.
The person you are sharing with needs to either have a diocesan account or be a guest user of the diocesan Microsoft 365 tenant. Please raise a support ticket if you are unable to share to an external email address.
