Microsoft 365 / Office is saying Product Deactivated and most features will be disabled

Re-activate your installed Microsoft 365 / Office desktop applications of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.

Product Deactivated

In most cases, your diocesan Microsoft account is assigned a license for the Microsoft 365 desktop applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc. If you experience the message above, select Sign In to re-activate Office.

If that does not work please raise a support ticket. The IT Team will check you have the appropriate license on your account or provide you with an Office product key for you to enter under Enter Key.
