Allow others to make and receive calls on your behalf with call groups and delegates.

Terminology: Call groups and delegates are different from call queues:

Never miss an important call with the Call sharing and Group call pickup features in Microsoft Teams. In this video, you will learn how to share your incoming calls with colleagues, so that they can answer calls that occur while you are unavailable.


Manage call group & delegates

Change from Video: The When you receive a call dropdown list will not show call groups or delegates until you set them up under More actions More options button   > Settings > Calls > scroll down to Manage call group or Manage delegates

Note: You can only delegate one way, ie. Person A delegates to Person B but not the other way around. Once set it may take an hour or more to show your change in Teams.
