[iPhone, iPad & Android](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/devices?hsLang=en#iphone-ipad-android) # What are the details of the Three Mobile tariff on my diocesan iPhone, iPad or Android mobile? ## Your plan for calls, texts and data in the UK and Abroad on the 3 network SIM card ### **In the UK** - **Unlimited calls** to numbers starting: - 123 - Three Mobile voicemail - 01 & 02 - Geographic - 03 - Non-geographic - 0500 - Freephone - 07 - Mobiles - 080 - Freephone - Plus unlimited calls to EU geographical numbers - Calls **not** included\*\* start with: - 055 and 056 - Non-geographic - 084 & 087 - Special rate - 09 - Premium rate - Find alternative business numbers at [https://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php](https://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php) - Numbers outside the EU - **Unlimited texts** to UK & EU mobiles - Does **not** include sending to chargeable SMS short codes & mPay (subscriptions & donations)\*\* - Does **not** include picture messages (MMS) which are charged at 65p per MMS\*\* - Please use other methods to send photograph, eg. OneDrive / SharePoint / Email etc. - **Unlimited data** --- ### **Outside the UK** - You are permitted to take your device abroad, however, prior to doing so, you must notify the IT team by [**raising a support ticket**](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) (choose 'Travelling Abroad') to obtain permission and ensure that the necessary security measures are in place. - Your Microsoft 365 account is only accessible in the UK. Once notified we can temporarily allow you to access your account in the country you are visiting. - Before you go we can notify you of any additional charges\* and make adjustments to your spend cap.\*\* - When travelling, please turn off your iPhone / iPad while travelling as charges are possible in-flight. See: **[How do I disable or enable mobile data on my iPhone or iPad and see usage? \>](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/how-do-i-disable-enable-mobile-data-on-my-iphone-or-ipad-and-see-usage?hsLang=en)** #### **European Union (EU)** - Unlimited calls and texts to UK and EU numbers (same as in the UK above) - 12GB data / month - Resets 15th every month - No additional fee per day when roaming in an EU country #### **\*Rest of the World** - Outside the UK/EU prices are particularly high however roaming add-ons to your plan can be purchased to reduce the cost.\*\* - In a lot of cases it is cheaper to buy a local SIM card instead and swap the SIM card over. Our iPhones and iPads are unlocked so can use any SIM card. --- ### **\*\*Spend Cap** - By default all our Three SIM cards have a £0 spend cap to prevent additional charges.
