What are the details of the Three Mobile tariff on my diocesan iPhone or iPad?

Unlimited calls to numbers starting:
- 123 - Three Mobile voicemail
- 01 & 02 - Geographic
- 03 - Non-geographic
- 0500 - Freephone
- 07 - Mobiles
- 080 - Freephone
- Plus unlimited calls to EU geographical numbers
Calls not included** start with:
- 055 and 056 - Non-geographic
- 084 & 087 - Special rate
- 09 - Premium rate

You are permitted to take your device abroad, however, prior to doing so, you must notify the IT team by raising a support ticket (choose 'Travelling Abroad') to obtain permission and ensure that the necessary security measures are in place.
- Your Microsoft 365 account is only accessible in the UK. Once notified we can temporarily allow you to access your account in the country you are visiting.
- Before you go we can notify you of any additional charges* and make adjustments to your spend cap.**

Outside the UK/EU prices are particularly high however roaming add-ons to your plan can be purchased to reduce the cost.**
In a lot of cases it is cheaper to buy a local SIM card instead and swap the SIM card over. Our iPhones and iPads are unlocked so can use any SIM card.

By default all our Three SIM cards have a £0 spend cap to prevent additional charges. All of these following functions will therefore be blocked because they cost additional money outside of your plan:
- Calling to charegable numbers (055, 056, 084, 087, 09)
- Charegable text and MMS messages
- Going over your data limit in the EU
- Calls, texts and data outside UK & EU
Adjustments can be made when additional costs cannot be avoided:
- Please raise a support ticket if you require a higher spend cap for your role.
- For travelling, choose 'Travelling Abroad' to provide us with the information we need for your trip.
When spend caps change you will receive a confirmation text message.
