1. Windows Updates: Several driver updates are being deployed over the next few weeks to diocesan laptops. Please let the updates complete without interruption and ensure the laptops are on mains power during the updates whenever possible.
If a function on your laptop has stopped working or not working correctly, eg. display, camera, microphone, etc, it may have had an update and needs a restart to complete. Please restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved first. Raise a support ticket if a restart hasn't resolved the issue.
