Known Issues

1. Christmas IT Support Cover: There is no diocesan IT support during Christmas. Our knowledge base here is available to resolve many issues. For internet issues see:

2. MyDiocese Database to CMS portal migration:

- To access CMS you need to register yourself. Note that access is granted during IT support hours: How do I sign into and use the CMS Portal? >

- Some access to the old database has been removed. Use CMS instead. Any changes made in the old database will be lost.

3. Holywell Lodge email distribution list: Emails are being moderated by the IT Team to prevent large attached photographs and files from unnecessarily filling up our mailboxes. Please start using Viva Engage - Diocesan Staff if you wish to share news and items with colleagues.

4. BreatheHR Training: Some user cannot see all the training content. To resolve, use the zoom out function in the internet browser.
