See: **[Apple Support - Set up iCloud Drive \>](https://support.apple.com/en-gb/118443)** 1. On your iPhone or iPad, save your files to your **iCloud Drive** or upload photos to **Apple Photos** 2. On your computer, go to **[icloud.com](https://www.icloud.com/)** 3. Sign in with the same Apple ID as you are signed in with on your iPhone or iPad 4. For Files choose **Drive**:  1. Hover over a file or photo you wish to download to your computer and select the 3 dots 2. For Photos choose **Photos**: 1. Select the photos you wish to download 2. Install the Apple Devices app on your work computer 1. Type **Company Portal** and select the **Company Portal app** 1. *See right image* 3. Sign in with your credentials if asked 4. Select **Apps** 5. Files: Prepare files for transfer on your iPhone or iPad **Note:** For photos only, skip to 2C. 1. On your iPhone or iPad, install the [**Pages** app from the Apple App Store](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pages/id361309726) if you do not have it installed already. 2. Open the **Files** app 3. Move or copy any files you wish to transfer to **On My iPhone** \> **Pages** folder. --- ### Method 2C. Connecting your iPhone or iPad to the Apple Devices app **Note:** A cable is required to do this and you can use the same cable you use to charge the device (disconnect it from the charger first). If you do not have a cable with you please ask the IT Team. 1. Once the Apple Devices app is installed on your computer, select the Windows start button  ![windows-icon-32-png](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/hs-fs/hubfs/windows-icon-32-png.png?width=32&height=32&name=windows-icon-32-png.png) and open the **Apple Devices** app or search for **Apple Devices** and select the app (like steps A1-A2 above). 2. Agree to the license agreement 3. On the welcome screen select **Start** 4. Enter your usual passcode on the iPhone or iPad 8. Transferring files to your computer **Note:** For photos skip to 2E. 1. In the left sidebar select **Files** 2. A list of files stored in the Pages folder on your iPhone or iPad appears. Select the files you wish to transfer. 4. Select **Save ...** 5. Choose a location to save them onto your computer. --- ### Method 2E. Transferring photos to your computer 1. Go to **This PC** in the left sidebar 3. Open **Interal Storage** 5. Open **DCIM** 6. Open the date of the photo you wish to copy 7. Copy the photo to your computer --- Method 2F.
