Known Issues

1. Printing error "Unable to Connect" - A recent update to Printix hasn't completed fully for some users which means you cannot print. Please raise a support ticket and we will reinstall Printix remotely for you. See here for details >

2. Windows Feature Update 24H2 - Large Windows 11 update being rolled out to diocesan computers from November 2024. Update time may last up to 1 hour or longer. A notification will appear when it's ready to install and for you to schedule the update. Keep the laptop charged while updating and do not interrupt.
