Cloud-based apps and website services approved for diocesan use
For every account created for a web service, consideration needs to be made on how secure the service is and whether diocesan data can be protected, managed and deleted in line with The Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR) legislation and Cyber Essentials.
It is therefore mandatory that cloud services you use are approved by the IT Team and guidelines on its use are followed.
