Restrictions are in place on diocesan Google accounts
We're are sorry, but you do not have access to Google...
The diocesan office primarily utilizes Microsoft services for essential functions such as file storage, document creation and editing, email communications, and calendar management. By consolidating all diocesan data with a single service provider, we enhance our ability to manage, search, and safeguard this information effectively. Consequently, access to similar services offered by other companies, including Google, is restricted to prevent the risk of data being stored outside our designated environment.
The diocesan IT Team provides specific Google accounts to facilitate the syncing of Google Chrome data and to accommodate instances where a Google account is necessary, such as for receiving shared documents from external sources or creating Google Maps.
If you need access to a specific Google service, please submit a support ticket to request it.
Warning: Diocesan Google accounts are mandatory for all diocesan-related activities; personal Google accounts should not be used.
