The Diocesan Meetings Portal is central file storage site for the distribution and archive of final meeting papers (minutes, agendas and papers) across all Diocesan Boards, Committees, Councils and Working Groups.

- Sign in with your diocesan credentials.
- All meeting group folders you have been granted permission to view will be listed.
- If any meeting groups that you are involved with are missing please contact the meeting group administrator and ask them to give you permission.
Share Link for all Meeting Group Members
When meeting papers are ready for distribution an email will usually be sent by the meeting group administrator with a link to access the files.
Every meeting group member can use this link including Diocesan and Bishop staff.
