      How do I add a shared mailbox to the Outlook mobile app?

      Shared mailboxes you have in Outlook desktop do not show by default in the Outlook mobile app. Here is how you add it.

      1. In the Outlook mobile app go to emails
      2. Tap the top left icon
      3. Tap the envelope with the plus sign
      4. Add Shared Mailbox
      5. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox
      6. Add Shared Mailbox button
