How do I add two factor authentication to my HCOMS account?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for accounts

  1. Sign in at property.stalbansdiocese.org
  2. Select your name in the top right > select User Security
  3. Under TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION select Enable

  4. Enter your password and select Confirm
  5. Scan the QR code into your authenticator app or use the setup key to manually enter, eg. Microsoft authenticator, Dashlane or Oracle Authenticator for Desktop
  6. Enter the code generated by the authenticator app into the Code field
  7. Select Confirm
  8. Copy the recovery codes to a secure location. You can use recovery codes when you do not have access to your authenticator app.
  9. Complete the form below to confirm two factor authentication is now setup on your HCOMS account.
