Known Issues

1. Post Room2 Ricoh Printer: Cannot fold/print booklets. Other printing works OK. For booklet printing please use the HL 1st Floor Ricoh printer until this issue is resolved.

3. Database to CMS migration: To access CMS you need to register yourself. Access requests are manually approved during IT support hours: How do I sign into and use the CMS Portal? >

- CMS should be used for everything now apart from DAC faculty applications. Any changes made in the old database will be lost.

4. Holywell Lodge email distribution list: Emails are being moderated by the IT Team to prevent large attached photographs and files from unnecessarily filling up our mailboxes. Please use Viva Engage - Diocesan Staff if you wish to share news and images with colleagues.
