Known Issues
1. Office Phones - Phone lines have been migrated from BT/Webex to Microsoft Teams:
- Your Microsoft Teams status is your Do Not Disturb and will affect whether you receive calls.
- Please familiarise yourself with how to use Microsoft Teams Phone for answering/transferring calls, changing your settings, voicemail and call forwarding.
- Call queues (hunt groups) ring all department team members. You can opt out of receiving calls from the call queue yourself. See article: Call Queues / Hunt Groups >

Before you raise a ticket
1. Have you checked our knowledge base first?
2. Have you tried turning the device off/on or closing/re-opening the programme/file?
3. The following do not need tickets: help with meeting room IT / diocesan website/resource (contact Comms) / meetings portal access (contact meeting admin)
