Known Issues
1. Outlook Shared Mailboxes and Calendars - There is an issue with shared mailbox folders displaying and using in Favourites in Outlook New. This is a bug and we are awaiting a fix from Microsoft. For now use the folder panel to move emails to a shared mailbox folder.

2. External Monitors - There's been a few recent incidences of external monitors not connecting. Please check the input source is correct on the monitor - most monitors have buttons to switch over to USB-C, HDMI, DVI or other if it's not automatically recognised. There's also troubleshooting steps here to try:
3. MyDiocese Database to CMS portal migration:
- To access CMS you need to register yourself. Note that access is granted during IT support hours: How do I sign into and use the CMS Portal? >
- Some access to the old database has been removed. Use CMS instead. Any changes made in the old database will be lost.
4. Holywell Lodge email distribution list: Emails are being moderated by the IT Team to prevent large attached photographs and files from unnecessarily filling up our mailboxes. Please start using Viva Engage - Diocesan Staff if you wish to share news and items with colleagues.
5. BreatheHR Training: Some user cannot see all the training content. To resolve, use the zoom out function in the internet browser.
