1. Windows Updates: Several driver updates are being deployed over the next few weeks to diocesan laptops. If a function on your laptop has stopped working, eg. camera, microphone, display etc, it may have had an update and needs a restart to complete. Please restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved first. Raise a support ticket if a restart hasn't resolved the issue.
