How do I view, amend or cancel a support ticket I have already raised?

Use My Tickets to view the status of the support tickets you have raised with the IT Team. You can also add more information or cancel the ticket here. You do not need to create another ticket.

My Tickets

  • Under the original ticket, add more information in 'Write a response...' and/or attach files and press 'Send'.
  • If you wish to cancel because you have already resolved your ticket, just write a quick note to this effect in 'Write a response...' and we will close the ticket for you.
    • If you have time, please share how you resolved your issue for our records. It may also help us solve the same issue for others.
