To help the IT Team manage questions and issues we have provided a knowledge base containing how to guides, frequently asked questions and common issues.
Please check the knowledge base first to see your question or issue has already been answered.
2. Support Tickets

Raise a new support ticket if you cannot find your answer in the knowledge base or there is no reported issues with your service.
For help with IT for meetings use our booking form instead. Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Phone or In Person at Holywell Lodge
For all IT support questions and issues we ask that you use the knowledge base and support tickets rather than contacting us directly unless you cannot access these resources because you have no internet or your device won't start. In which case call the IT Team or see them in person at Holywell Lodge.
