How do I reset my diocesan database / online portal password?

Not Signed In - Forgotten Password

Note: Your database and portal usernames use the same account. Use the portal sign in screen to reset your password and it will apply to the database sign in as well.

  1. Go to https://portal.stalbans.anglican.org/
  2. Select Request password?
  3. Enter your email address
  4. A new password will be emailed to you
  5. Login with the new password at https://database.stalbans.anglican.org/

Signed In - Change Password

1. Select the spanner in the top right if you wish to change your password


2. Select 'Your Account'

3. Select the pencil icon


4. Type in a new password

5. Save Details

6. Close
