Set your preference before printing. 1. Choose your preferred print method: 1. **Print** = Print Now 2. **Print later** = Release job at printer 3. **Ask me to select print method at every print** = Prompts you for every print job ![](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/hubfs/image-png-Apr-21-2023-02-16-42-3144-PM.png) --- ### **Releasing Print later jobs on a Ricoh printer** 1. To release a print later job, go to the Ricoh printer you've printed to. 3. Tap the screen and sign in with your door card. 4. Select the job you wish to print. The selection will turn blue. 6.
