I cannot add, remove or edit a shared or room calendar that I have permission for in Outlook Desktop

Resolve this issue by restarting Outlook or removing and re-adding the calendar to your Outlook Desktop and checking permissions

  1. Check you still have permission to view the calendar in Outlook on the Web in an internet browser.
    1. If you cannot view the calendar in the web version you do not have permission. Please ask the owner of the calendar to give you permission.

      2. Room calendars are managed by the IT Team, please raise a support ticket for these.
  2. Close Outlook and re-open. Check if your permission has returned. If not, go to the next step.
