iPhone / iPad apps are not updating on my diocesan device
Apps are greyed out and say 'waiting'.
- Network:
- Try connecting to a different network (WiFi / mobile network).
- Check the device status:
- Open the Company Portal app
- Sign in if required
- Go to the 'Devices' tab at bottom
- Select the affected device
- Select 'Check status'
- Prioritize Download:
- Press and hold the greyed out app and select 'Prioritize Download'
- Re-Install:
- Press and hold the greyed out app and select 'Remove App'.
- Reinstall app from the Company Portal.
