iPhone / iPad apps are not updating on my diocesan device

Apps are greyed out and say 'waiting'.

  1. Network:
    1. Try connecting to a different network (WiFi / mobile network).
  2. Check the device status:
    1. Open the Company Portal app
    2. Sign in if required
    3. Go to the 'Devices' tab at bottom
    4. Select the affected device
    5. Select 'Check status'
  3. Prioritize Download:
    1. Press and hold the greyed out app and select 'Prioritize Download'
  4. Re-Install:
    1. Press and hold the greyed out app and select 'Remove App'.
    2. Reinstall app from the Company Portal.
