      Keyboard shortcuts are no longer working, eg. CTRL+D in Excel

      Webex update 43.12 (Dec23) has overridden some keyboard shortcuts. This article shows you how to disable the Webex keyboard shortcuts.

      Disable Webex Keyboard Shortcuts

      1. Select initials (top left)
      2. Choose Settings
      3. Choose Keyboard shortcuts
      4. Unselect all shortcuts that are ticked under the Global column
      5. Select Save
