How do I change the default font in the Microsoft Office 365 apps?

Change your default font in Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

Note: Microsoft's default font is Aptos; previously it was Calibri.

The diocesan font is Barlow. See the Diocese of St Albans Branding Guide >

If you are sharing a document and the recipient's computer does not have the fonts installed that you used then their default font will be used instead. To retain the fonts you used, save and share the document as a PDF file as the fonts will be embedded in the file.
