How to show, hide and customise the Quick Access Toolbar in Microsoft desktop apps like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
The Quick Access Toolbar gives you additional shortcuts. This is in addition to the larger Ribbon showing menu items File, Home, Insert etc.
Tip: The Quick Access Toolbar can be customise to show different shortcuts. Use the dropdown menu shown in the video to add or remove shortcuts like Print, Save, Reply, Undo, Redo etc or go to More Commands... to add or remove every shortcut available.
