Microsoft Bookings links to your primary calendar but will not offer times you have marked as "busy"
How Microsoft Bookings reads your calendar
When you create an appointment in your calendar, you can choose whether the appointment shows as Free, Busy and other options.
-
If your calendar appointment is marked as Free, Bookings will show the time as available.
-
If your calendar appointment is marked as Busy, Bookings will not offer the time.
Tip: If a whole day is excluded in Bookings, it's likely that you have a day appointment in your calendar marked as Busy. Change that appointment to Free to show in Bookings.
- If there is no appointment in your calendar then Bookings will follow the Availability options you have set for that service. See:
Microsoft Bookings - Add a service (Availability options starts 00:30) >
