      My computer has frozen, how do I force it to restart?

      Only do this if the computer is completely unresponsive for a couple of minutes.

      1. Unplug the computer from any docks and peripherals.
      2. Press and hold down the power button until the screen goes off.
        1. Note you only need to press the power button down lightly. Using force will damage the power button.
      3. Press the power button again to turn back on.
