SharePoint & OneDrive on the Web (Multiple PDF Tools)

  1. Move or save the PDF in a SharePoint library or in your OneDrive

    1. NB. Your downloads folder typically does not sync to the cloud so it will need to be moved to Microsoft's cloud service.
  2. Locate and open the file in the web version of SharePoint or OneDrive in either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
    1. From Windows Explorer: Right click file > OneDrive > View Online
  3. Once the PDF is open in the web browser, use the buttons in the top toolbar
    1. If the buttons aren't there either the file is not in SharePoint or OneDrive or the file is protected and cannot be modified.
