What is the best tool for scheduling meetings with other people?

Stop using email or Doodle poll to book meetings, Microsoft provides Bookings with me and Scheduling Polls in Outlook which are integrated with our diocesan work calendars.

Bookings with me

Tip: If you want people to self book appointments with you and/or other team members, Microsoft Bookings shared booking pages might be a better solution for you. See: How do I use Microsoft Bookings to provide self-service appointment scheduling? >

Bookings with me is a feature in Microsoft Bookings that lets you share your availability so individuals can select and book a suitable time, with everything handled automatically and added to your Outlook calendar.
