      Teams Phone: Block Numbers

      Block and unblock phone numbers from calling you

      Note: You can only block a number coming in on your direct phone line. This won't affect calls coming in from a call queue that you are a member of. To block a number system-wide please raise a support ticket.

      Block from the Call History List

      1. Open Microsoft Teams
      2. Select the Calls tab
      3. Under History select More Options . . . at the top right of the call
      4. Select Block
      5. The number is then labelled as Blocked
      6. To Unblock, select More Options . . . at the top right of the call > Unblock

      Manage Block Contacts

      1. In the top right of Teams choose More Options . . . (next to your picture or initials)
      2. Choose Settings
      3. Choose Privacy
      4. Under Blocked contacts:
        1. Select Block calls with no caller ID if you wish to stop withheld numbers calling you
        2. Select Edit blocked contacts
          1. Any numbers you've blocked will be listed here.
          2. Select Unblock to allow the number to call you again.
