How to set-up Call Handling when calls are not answered in Microsoft Teams

Handling the call when you can't answer
- Go to More actions > Settings > Calls
- Under When you can't answer a call the options are:
- Do not redirect calls
- Redirect to a new number or contact
- Redirect to a call group*
- Redirect to delegates*
- Under Ring for this many seconds before redirecting choose your preferred time.
*Note: Call groups & delegates need to be setup first before this option is available. To do this, scroll down to Manage call group / delegates and Add a call group / delegate.
