How to set-up Call Handling when calls are not answered in Microsoft Teams

Handling the call when you can't answer

  1. Go to More actions More options button   > Settings Calls
  2. Under When you can't answer a call the options are:
    1. Do not redirect calls
    2. Redirect to a new number or contact
    3. Redirect to a call group*
    4. Redirect to delegates*
  3. Under Ring for this many seconds before redirecting choose your preferred time.

*Note: Call groups & delegates need to be setup first before this option is available. To do this, scroll down to Manage call group / delegates and Add a call groupdelegate.
