# Teams Phone: Voicemail

## Configure and access your voicemail in Microsoft Teams

**Note:** You can only change voicemail settings and record greetings for your direct phone number. [Call queues](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/teams-phone-call-queues?hsLang=en) (hunt groups / office or department numbers)  can only be changed by the IT Team. Please [raise a support ticket](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) if you would to change your call queue's voicemail behaviour or messages. For messages please include the new message text or [record and upload an audio recording](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/windows-audio-recording?hsLang=en).

With Microsoft Teams Phone voicemail feature, you can get the most out of your calling experience in Teams. Whether you are temporarily unavailable or out of the office, configuring and accessing your voicemail in Microsoft Teams Phone could not be simpler.
