Note: You can only change voicemail settings and record greetings for your direct phone number. Call queues (hunt groups / office or department numbers) can only be changed by the IT Team. Please raise a support ticket if you would to change your call queue's voicemail behaviour or messages. For messages please include the new message text or record and upload an audio recording.
