- In a Microsoft Teams meeting, select the Share button

If required, select Include sound
- Presenter mode = optionally show your camera feed in front of what you are sharing

Select what you wish to share:

Screen = Duplicate your screen to show everything.

If you have multiple monitors, choose which monitor you wish to show

Window = Select and show a single open app

PowerPoint Live = Select and show a single PowerPoint file
- Microsoft Whiteboard = Start an interactive whiteboard
- Excel Live = Share a workbook for everyone to work on together
