The Apple App Store is missing from my diocesan iPhone / iPad, how can I install apps?
Apps are available using the Company Portal app
- Open the Company Portal app (icon above).
- Sign in if required.
- Search for your app or choose 'View All Apps' to view a list of apps we provide.
- Select the app you want and choose 'Install' to put it onto your device.
- If the app says 're-install' the app is already on your device. Go back to the home screen, swipe to the far right and search for the app in the top App Library search bar.
- If an app you require for your role is missing, or you require a paid app, please raise a support ticket and we consider adding into the Company Portal.
