      The diocesan database and online portal showing a blank white page

      Trouble connecting to database.stalbans.anglican.org and portal.stalbans.anglican.org

      Occassionally the diocesan database crashes and needs restarting. This is shown by blank white page.

      The IT Team is usually aware when this happens so please wait 10 minutes for the database to restart and then refresh the page (F5).

      If the diocesan database is still not available after 10 minutes please raise a support ticket.
