Why are clergy/PTO's not showing on the Klipfolio dashboards?
I have set up the clergy correctly, but they are not showing on the public Klipfolio dashboards, what should I check?
The public Klipfolio dashboard is how we display information to the public. We require that they:
- they have completed a DPA (Data Protection Agreement)
- have the correct position assigned
- that the 'Include on the website' checkbox is ticked.
- their primary address is marked as such.
The dashboard only updates once every 24 hours, so changes may take a while to be reflected.
