How to save and insert a Quick Part

✅ To save something as a Quick Part:

  1. Select the content you want to reuse (text, image, or both).
  2. Go to the Insert tab.
  3. Click Quick Parts in the Text group.
  4. Choose Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery...
  5. Give it a name, choose a category (or create your own), and click OK.

🔁 To insert a saved Quick Part:

  1. Place your cursor where you want the content.
  2. Go to Insert > Quick Parts.
  3. Click the item you saved — it will be inserted instantly.
