My diocesan laptop, iPhone, iPad, Android or peripheral device is damaged, broken, lost or stolen, what do I do?

Report your issue to the IT Team as soon as possible and do not attempt to fix hardware faults yourself.

⚠️Lost & Stolen Devices: Report losses to the IT Team straightaway. They can block and track your device and help you to recover them. Devices not found can be remotely wiped.

  1. Do not attempt to fix anything yourself.
  2. Raise a support ticket and the IT Team will inspect, fix or replace the device for you.
