Report your issue to the IT Team as soon as possible and do not attempt to fix hardware faults yourself.
⚠️Lost & Stolen Devices: Report losses to the IT Team straightaway. They can block and track your device and help you to recover them. Devices not found can be remotely wiped.
- Do not attempt to fix anything yourself.
- Raise a support ticket and the IT Team will inspect, fix or replace the device for you.
