Open the Voice Memos app on your diocesan iPhone or iPad. 2. Make an audio recording. 3. Select the audio recording you made. 4. Select the 3 dots **. . .** 5. Select **Share**. 6. Select the **OneDrive** app. 1. Alternatively you could share it via **Microsoft Teams** or by email using **Outlook**. 7. Choose the location you'd like to save the audio file. 8. Open the Microsoft 365 app on your diocesan iPhone or iPad.If it is not listed go to the **[Company Portal](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/the-apple-app-store-is-missing-from-my-iphone-ipad-how-can-i-install-apps?hsLang=en)[app](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/the-apple-app-store-is-missing-from-my-iphone-ipad-how-can-i-install-apps?hsLang=en)** to install. 2. Sign in with your diocesan Microsoft 365 credentials if requested. 3. Tap the microphone icon to start recording your voice memo. 6. If requested, allow Microsoft 365 to access the microphone. 7. Tap the microphone to pause or stop the recording. 8. Select **Finish** to save the file. 9. Open the new file listed under **Recent**. 10. Select **Upload** to upload the transcription to **OneDrive** 11. To upload the audio file to OneDrive, select **Share**. 12. Enter a name. 13. Select **OneDrive - St Albans Diocese** under location. 14.
