Adding a non-diocesan account to a Microsoft Team

Tip: Guests require their own Microsoft account associated with the email address that has been invited. This can be a personal Microsoft account. If you, as a guest, have an existing Microsoft account under a different email address than the one invited, ask the person who invited you to change your email address to your existing Microsoft one.
Warning: Due to our organisational restrictions, as a guest you will only be able to access Teams using the web app, not the desktop app. If you are asked to download and open a desktop app, cancel the request and choose to use the web app instead.
