Resolve restart loop with message "Org Data Removal – Your organization has removed its data associated with this app. (607) To continue you must restart this app. To reconnect to your organization, sign-in to your work or school account."
This message is expected when manually signing out of a Microsoft app.
If however you see this message multiple times and the app will no longer open please resolve clearing the credentials on the affected device:
- On the iPhone or iPad, open to the Settings app
- Scroll down and select Apps
- Select the affected Microsoft app
- Select Reset [app name]
- Enable Delete Sign-In Credentials
- Restart app
