Resolve restart app loop
Note: Common messages that may keep appearing in a loop:
- "Org Data Removal – Your organization has removed its data associated with this app. (607) To continue you must restart this app. To reconnect to your organization, sign-in to your work or school account."
- "Your organisation has a new policy. To apply this policy, we need to close and reopen your work notebooks."
- "Your organisation is now protecting its data in this app. You need to restart the app to continue."
These messages are expected when manually signing out of a Microsoft app.
If however you see this message multiple times and the app will no longer open please resolve clearing the credentials on the affected device:
- On the iPhone or iPad, open to the Settings app
- Scroll down and select Apps
- Select the affected Microsoft app
- Select Reset [app name]

- Restart app
- Repeat for any other Microsoft apps that are affected
