You may have another Microsoft account you've either setup yourself for personal use, eg. accounts ending @outlook.com, @live.com, @hotmail.com, or have been given by another organisation, education institution or business. In an internet browser you can only be signed into 1 Microsoft account at a time / per session, eg. in **[office.com](https://office.com)**, and you may have chosen to be signed into that account each time you open the internet browser. ### **⚠️Stay signed in to all your apps? = No** **Warning:** If you're signing into a non-diocesan Microsoft account on a diocesan computer and see the following message, uncheck **Allow my organization to manage my device** and select **No, sign in to this app only**. Switch account in the same internet browser session** 1. When signed into your Microsoft account, select your name / initials in the top right 2. Use another internet browser** If you use one for diocesan work, eg. Microsoft Edge, use Google Chrome for your other Microsoft account(s). - Diocesan computers: - **Microsoft Edge** is installed by default. - **Google Chrome** may also be installed already but, if it isn't, raise a support ticket to ask for Chrome to be installed. - Diocesan iPhones and iPads: - **Microsoft Edge** is installed by default. - **Safari** is installed by default. - **Google Chrome** is available to install from the **Company Portal** app, see: **[The Apple App Store is missing from my diocesan iPhone / iPad, how can I install apps? \>](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/the-apple-app-store-is-missing-from-my-iphone-ipad-how-can-i-install-apps?hsLang=en)** - For personal devices: - An internet browser will be installed by default, eg. Microsoft Edge on Windows, Safari on Apple devices, Google Chrome on Android, Samsung Internet on Samsung devices. - You can also install additional internet browsers. Ensure you download the installer from official sources. Eg. **[Google Chrome](https://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chrome/)**, **[Mozilla Firefox](https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/new/)**, **[Opera](https://www.opera.com/download)**, **[Apple App Store](https://www.apple.com/uk/search/internet-browser?src=globalnav),** **[Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store/search?q=internet%20browser&c=apps&hl=en&gl=US)** --- #### **Option C. Create an additional browser profile** Most modern internet browsers allow you to have multiple profiles. Setup another profile for your other Microsoft account so you can have multiple Micorosft accounts open at the same time in the same application.
