      My Outlook Desktop updated to a new version and now I can't see my shared mailboxes or locally saved offline mailboxes (PST files)

      The new Outlook does not currently offer all the same functionalities as the old Outlook. Learn how to revert back to the old Outlook.

      Tip: Select the toggle in the top right of Outlook Desktop to revert back to the old version of Outlook.
