Web Browser Versions of Microsoft Apps
Accessing emails, files and other data stored in diocesan Microsoft systems can be done in a web browser, like Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Safari, without Office software installed on your device. Select the links below and sign in with your diocesan credentials:
Warning: If you are signed in with a different Microsoft account, like a personal or other work account, you will not be able to access diocesan systems without signing out or using a different web browser profile. See: Handling multiple Microsoft accounts >

Signing in with your diocesan credentials

When signing in you will need:
- Username: For diocesan & bishops' staff, this is your own name email address in most cases.
- Password: For diocesan & bishops' staff, this is the same as your computer sign in password.
- Multi-factor Authentication (MFA): These are codes either generated on an authenticator app or sent to you via a phone.
Warning: Remember to log out of your account once you've finished your session, especially when using a shared or public computer, to maintain the security of your account.
Switching apps
When signed into a Microsoft web browser app, press app launcher icon top left to access other Microsoft apps such as Outlook (for email), SharePoint or OneDrive (for files), Calendar, Teams etc.
