Find an existing anyone link
Note: Meeting portal share link passwords were sent to the administrators of the meeting group by the IT Team. If you are the administrator you may find the existing password in your mailbox.
- Go to SharePoint or OneDrive online and select your file or folder without opening.
- For the meetings portal, select the meeting group's root folder.
- If the More details panel on the right does not show when you select the file or folder, select the ⓘ symbol to enable.
- In the More details panel on the right select Manage access
- In the Manage Access pop-up dialog box select Links
- Select Copy next to the link required.
- If none are showing then it doesn't exist on that file or folder. Either create a new link or look at the containing folder if you believe a link exists.
- If the link is no longer required, select the Trash can icon next to the link.
Warning: The share link URL will not be recoverable once deleted.
