How do I book a hot desk at Holywell Lodge using the Sign In app?

Hot Desk booking etiquette: If a room is already booked through the Sign In app, the person who made the booking has priority. Please be mindful of this and check availability before planning to use a space. It only takes a few seconds to make a booking and you can currently book up to 3 weeks ahead.

For the benefit of everyone else, please don't book the room out for more time than you need and cancel the booking if you don't need it.

How to book a hot desk at Holywell Lodge

Option 1. Via the Sign In App

    1. Install the app
      1. For diocesan phones, install the Sign In app from the Company Portal.
      2. For personal phones, install the Sign In app from the Apple or Google Play Store.

    2. Sign in with your diocesan credentials.
    3. Tap the + button in the top right corner to start booking a space.

This is the same app we use for signing into the building. If you for whatever reason can't see the bookings on the app after restarting the app, please raise a support ticket.
