You can make calls directly from a chat or use the dial pad to enter a phone number as well as get notified about potential spam calls. --- ### **Call from the Calls Window** 1. Type in the name or number or use the dial pad. 2. Select the name or number that appears in the drop down menu. 3. Add more names and numbers for a group call. 1. Video call - for a Teams chat with a camera. 2. Audio call - for a Teams chat without a camera. 3. Call - for calls to a landline or mobile phone number ![](https://help.stalbansdiocese.org/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-10-2024-08-51-01-5046-AM.png?width=688&height=245&name=image-png-May-10-2024-08-51-01-5046-AM.png) --- ### Using the dialpad when you're in a call If you need to enter a number, \* star or # hash key during a call, eg. for an automated call menu, the dialpad needs to be in focus on your screen  (ie. the active window) otherwise any keyboard inputs will not work. 1. Open the call window. 2. Select the **Dialpad** button. 3.
