What is my direct work phone number?

1. Open the Microsoft Teams desktop app or Teams on the Web
2. Go to the Calls tab
3. Your direct work phone number is displayed underneath the dial pad.

What is my telephone extension number?

When calling internally

There are no extension numbers in Microsoft Teams.

• In Calls > Enter the person's name you wish to call in the Type a name or number field.
• In Chat > Select the person you wish to call or start a new chat with that person > Select the arrow down by the video icon > Choose an Audio call with the phone number you wish to dial.

When calling externally

Use the person's direct work number.
