Scans are typically synced to the department's sharepoint library that you chose when scanning. Each library has a parent folder called 'Scans' which should contain your scanned file there.
- If your SharePoint library is synced to your computer, you will find this folder under:
- St Albans Diocese > [SharePoint library] > Scans
- St Albans Diocese > [SharePoint library] > Scans
- It can take up to a minute to sync to the cloud.
- If it's not there, check the Ricoh's scanning history to confirm the scan completed and where the file was saved.
Other Bishop & Archdeacon Offices
In most cases the scanned files will be located at C:\Scans on the computer that you sent the scan to.
Local printers connected to your computer
Scan location depends on the manufacturer or where the scan folder has been configured during setup. Check the printer's scan settings either on the printer itself or in the printer's software installed your computer.
Raise a support ticket if you still cannot locate your scan.
